The 2005 Parish Plan

Dear Bere Regis Parishioner,

Oh., no! you're probably saying. Not another questionnaire. Is there a prize?

Well, in a way there is.

This questionnaire is about making some plans for the future of Bere Regis. If you fill it in, you're getting the chance to say what YOU want to happen to YOUR parish – and you can also have a chance to help make it happen.

The first stage in doing our Parish Plan is to find out what everyone in Bere Regis thinks are the important things to do some planning about! Please give your view.

Here's what we ask you to do:

Everybody in your household aged 11 and over should fill in their own questionnaire.

If you click on the photograph below it will ask whether you want to save or open it. Open it and print out how many copies you need. Alternatively save it on your computer, fill it in and then email it as an attachment to this address.

You do not have to give your name. The questionnaire will be anonymous. (If you email it you will not be anonymous). But please do fill in all the other items about yourself because these will help us see what matters most to different groups – younger and older, for example.

If you have printed out the form, put each completed questionnaire into any one of the collection boxes. These are in the Post Office, the Spar Shop, the Central Stores & the Dorset Golf & Country Club, Hyde. The closing date is March 22nd.
